Our senior bankers have a collective 40+ years of investment banking experience with over 100+ transactions completed with an aggregate value of $45+ billion, exclusively focused on the Internet, Digital Media, eCommerce and Software sectors. Our senior bankers bring bulge-bracket and boutique investment banking experience from some of the leading investment banks in the industry: Montgomery & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns & Co., CIBC Oppenheimer, Deutsche Bank Securities / Alex. Brown & Sons and Thomas Weisel Partners.
Prior to forming Telos Advisors in April 2013, the team built the leading Internet, Digital Media, eCommerce and Software investment banking franchise at Montgomery & Co.
James Min
James Min serves as a Founding Partner and Co-Founder of Telos Advisors. Previously, James was the Managing Director and Head of Montgomery & Co.’s Media practice. His professional experience includes both investment banking and operating experience within the Digital Media sector. Prior to joining Montgomery & Co. in March 2005, James was a member of the Internet and Digital Media investment banking group at Thomas Weisel Partners in San Francisco. Before joining Thomas Weisel Partners, he was a Director at Moviso LLC (later acquired by Infospace), a leading provider of mobile media, in Los Angeles. Previously, he worked in the investment banking groups at Bear, Stearns & Co. and CIBC Oppenheimer.
James received his MBA from the University of Chicago, where he was a Ewing Marion Kauffman intern, and has a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Yale Yee serves as a Founding Partner and Co-Founder of Telos Advisors. Previously, Yale was a Partner in the Media group at Montgomery & Co. Yale has been focused on the Internet and Digital Media sector since 2000 when he started his investment banking career with Deutsche Bank Securities / Alex. Brown & Sons where he provided mergers and acquisitions advisory, public and private equity capital raising and debt financing services to companies in the Internet and Digital Media sector. Yale also served as a Principal in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group at BofA Merrill Lynch prior to joining Montgomery & Co. Prior to beginning his investment banking career, Yale practiced corporate, finance and real estate law.
Yale received his MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, JD from The University of Texas at Austin and BA in Economics from Georgetown University.

John Sadolin serves as a Partner and Co-Founder of Telos Advisors. Previously, John was an Associate at Montgomery & Co. where he spent more than five years focused exclusively on providing advisory services to leading private and public technology companies in the Internet and Digital Media sector. John has completed numerous transactions, including sell-side M&A, private capital raises and debt offerings. Prior to joining Montgomery & Co., John served for two years as an Officer at the Danish Emergency Management Agency (DEMA).
John received his Master of Science in Finance (MSF) from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has a BA from The Aarhus School of Business and Social Sciences (BSS), Denmark. He speaks fluent Danish.
